Salsa, Shrimp avocado salad, healthy diet salad, salad to lose weight

My flight landed at noon and I rushed home for lunch.  It was 1:30pm and I have yet had lunch.  I set my luggage at my staircase and  raided my fridge to see what I could toss together.  I had some left over cooked shrimp and salsa that I made for my husband.  I made this salad speedy and it was a delightful as others.

Breakfast: 1 Grande Machiato and chicken wrapped at Starbuck coffee.  I need the extra kicked from the night before drinking.

Snack:  1 glass of red wine and Alaska Air mixed nuts

Lunch:  Shrimp Avacodo, Cucumber, Calsa salad.  1)3 eaves of Romaine lettuce, 2)1/2 of pickle, 3)1/2 avocado sliced 4)1/2 cup of salsa 5) 7 peeled shrimp.  Same dressing recipe from the day before: 3 teaspoon of fress squeeze lemon, 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of madarin VolKa (or Patron),  3 teaspoons of chopped cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, and fresh ground pepper.

Summer salad
Dinner:  We dined out for dinner and I had a couple popcorn shrimp, lobster pecan salad, 4 oz of steaks, and 1 glass of red wine.   It’s  much smaller portion compare to the day before.
