Healthy Diet Day 3: Yellow Squash and Zucchini Salad

Homegrown picked salad, organic yellow squash salad, zucchini salad, basil

What is better than homegrown organic veggies!  I am blessed to have a green thumb mom who can also grown anything.  She is my main veggie and salad supplier for the summer time.  My Day 3 salad come from my mom p-patch of beautiful vibrant yellow squash, zucchini, and fragerance italian basil.

Breakfast:  1)Orange Starfruit Stash tea and one granola bars

Snack: 1/2 cup of blackberries

Lunch: Yellow Squash, Zucchini, and Chicken Salad.  This salad comes with two segments (chicken breast and salad).

Organic Zucchini, Italian Basil

A) Chicken Recipe:  1)Boneless chicken breast- as small piece  2)Season with a pinch of salt, sugar, ground pepper, and chopped basil of 2 or 3 leaves 3)pan fry w/ olive oil  until it cooked. If you grilled the chicken is even better.

B)Salad:  1) One yellow squash, One Zucchini, 3-4 leave of fresh bassil  2)Use the peeler to sline the squash and zucchini into slices.  3)Chopped bassil  4)Dressing:  2 teaspoon of extra virgin of olive oil, 2 teaspoons balsamic viginar, and 1 pinch of salt. 5) Chopped the chicken.

Tada!  You will have tasty and color salad.

Snack: 1/2 of grapes and 16 pieces of baked veggies chips

Dinner: 1 cup of rice with stir fried chicken and veggies.  I had an early dinner 5:45pm  today than normal.

Snack: 2 large figs and 1 glass of meal.
